Not even the venerable U.S. Constitution is eternal in a universe of change

The U.S. Constitution is a paper document expressing the predominant political will of the nation in its formative years. But no " forms " -not even Platonic ones- are eternal, lasting even longer than the setting-or dying- sun.

The existing Constitution will be quickly abolished or amended by a future Popular Assembly of the American People.

Nothing is eternal in a universe of CHANGE- not the two party system, not the venerable Supreme Court, not sacrosanct private property, not the American capitalist way of life. Not even lying radio and TV commercials.
Science must look for constants within eternal change ?
