From a Leftist perspective I
see these Providence College kids as innocently wrongheaded about the
nature of racism in a capitalist society with equal opportunity "
bullying " for ALL " underprivileged " groups-including poor and working
class white people and a now free falling American middle class- of all
races and ethnic groups.
There is no evidence whatsoever that Catholic Providence College is plagued by institutionalized racism. A competitive capitalist culture creates belligerent, snobby social climbers quick to find any way to humiliate and discourage others

published ten years ago , " The Trouble With Diversity " by Walter Benn
Michaels,clearly a liberal: "How we learned to love identity AND IGNORE
INEQUALITY.The neo-Democrats are clueless.
