Do we need the permission of the Supreme Court to abolish American capitalism ?

comment author avatarA real democratic socialist would encourage American voters to rethink the " wisdom of the U.S. Constitution however Just Judges -liberal or conservative- are interpreting it. Since when does any healthy popular democracy let one reactionary judge prevail on a momentous legal issue?  There should be a Constitutional amendment permitting the majority of voters to nullify Supreme Court decisions- or to abolish the Supreme Court. The Just Judges are as subservient to capitalism as the Republican Congress. And " socialist " Bernie Sanders knows it .
Do we need the permission of the Supreme Court to replace American capitalism with democratic socialism - with economic democracy ?
Can a democratic socialist be nominated for the Supreme Court ? It is no accident that you can hardly find a " respectable " judge in capitalist America who questions the profit system and sacrosanct private property. Dream about that, Hillary Clinton.

[    "   The coal industry isn’t exactly popular in polite circles these days. Michael Bloomberg’s Bloomberg Philanthropies teamed up with the Sierra Club for a campaign that boasts about how many coal-fired electric power plants it has forced closed. But our Supreme Court stuck to the law and protected the coal-burning companies who had nowhere else to turn. "]
