As Jill Stein of the Green Party says, our two party system is hopelessly corrupt

Crackpot " populism " taking over our two party system ?   Just who can imagine themselves superior to the type of ” populism ” aroused by Democrat Bernie Sanders and Republican Donald Trump ? What kind of snobby, pseudo-liberal political elite brushed off ” democratic socialism ” as crackpot stuff decades ago ? Do they imagine that human civilization culminates in free market capitalism and a few imperialist , neo-colonialist super powers , that History is bunk or at least had ended late in the 20th century ?
They ignore a little thing like the rebellious exploited and oppressed masses .They ignore the Class Struggle . Democratic socialists- unlike the neo-liberals and the neo-cons still have ” a decent respect for the opinions of mankind ”
I am a critical supporter of ” socialist ” Bernie Sanders. But I hope Bernie will spark the formation of an independent, leftist American Labor Party. He could even team up with Jill Stein, the presidential candidate of the Green Party.
The rule of the ONE PERCENT plutocracy is not forever.They are now a threat even to the Good Earth, enemies of a livable planet.
