obligation ".! Did they have a moral obligation to TAKE ? Now Gina
Raimondo's equally clueless administration is offering false sympathy
to senior citizens who may soon lose long established RIPTA benefits: No
FREE RIDE for low income elderly ? The benevolent State of Rhode Island
just cannot afford it- it has moral obligations to these poor rich
people who hold FUNNY BUSINESS bonds ?
