Just elected , LIBERAL , Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau -and beautiful wife and kid-does bring glamour and excitement back to your country after years of CONSERVATIVE stinginess ,dreariness, and boredom.
But I am also reminded of our Camelot leader, John F.
Kennedy, in 1960. Mostly charm , soap bubble inspiration, literate
humor- and just reformist threats to capitalist business as usual.
One soundly " progressive " intention: no civilized country can afford-in the long run-to ignore its " infrastructure ". Deficit spending is not a violation of sacrosanct economic sanity.
No socialist would consider the military budget sacrosanct, nor the " police state " budget, nor debt obligations to the ONE PERCENT.
The natural wealth and resources of a great and beautiful country like Canada do not disappear with demise of the insane and greedy plutocracy.
Is there a Canadian Bernie Sanders waiting in the wings ?
