Rhode Island Public Radio also needs a diligent search for a backbone. For years now it has had as much edge as a worn out butter knife. I assume they want affluent liberals to send them generous checks . But for what ? Bold ,honest, controversial reporting ? The Providence Journal has more " edge " that RIPR !
Why not just send contributions to the Democratic National Committee CO Hillary ?
Even " socialist " Democrat Senator Bernie Sanders of Vermont is too risky for RIPR.
I would have recommended Mark Patinkin as the new manager. Less boring FLUFF !
