So " turn Bannister House around " by letting it make money-for whom ?
Make money by exploiting -and in fact NEGLECTING -poor helpless senior
citizens ? That is the whole problem with medical care in capitalist
America : it is a heartless, soulless BUSINESS. Old Europe is still way
ahead of us here.
I personally remember the Bannister staff of the late 70s and early 80s. A Mr. Miller managed the place - no saint but a good guy. The staff were mostly just beautiful people. So were the patients.
