I have been reminded that
Rhode Island celebrates statehood anniversary today. Poverty seems almost
incurable here. Hardly anybody ever questions the state structure of the
United States. Rhode Island is just too small an economic unit. A new
national Constitutional Convention might consider: ABOLISH THE 50 STATES
? Think about it !
