Governor Raimondo wacky on Medicaid cuts

I just heard Governor Raimondo say on the radio that people here in Rhode Island will be HEALTHIER as a consequence of her cutting the Medicaid budget. This is like saying that people will be healthier by cutting their food budget. Any SAVING for the Medicaid system should remain in the system-just spent more wisely. Money SAVED by hurting poor people is now available for what- a new baseball park ?
