Porath There is little honest thought about the institution of
marriage because most people do marry. And their life and happiness are
invested in this most precarious institution. I find that the
politically correct Left was quite intellectually dishonest in their
case for gay marriage. Do historical materialists( Marx, Engels ) slobber
over and sentimentalize bourgeois marriage ? And how can gay marriage
be anything but bourgeois ?
