Independent Socialist to run as Democrat

As another " independent " socialist I commend the senator from Vermont for entering the presidential race. I would prefer that he remain a pristine independent but I myself am a registered Democrat here in Rhode Island. Come to think of it, the American plutocracy thought FDR was a pretty good " socialist " who, of course, sold out to Stalin.
