Very
true, people of good will search for the root causes of this anger that
exploded into mob violence. But you must recall the dramatic conclusion
of the 1968 Kerner Commission Report: it said that America was really
TWO societies. And socialist Michael Harrington's " Other America " is
still there. But Hillary and Senator Elizabeth Warren are determined to
save the American " middle class ". Save their souls ? Martin Luther
King might have asked. His life ended in that tumultuous year 1968. And
so too Senator Robert Kennedy whom one author called " The President of
the Other America "-1968.
" The times are changing " ? Or are we on the " Eve of Destruction " ?
