Check out the front page of Projo's " Lifebeat " today ( Oct.7 ). If you have been contaminated by the esthetic values of Western Civilization - if you have strong opinions on Beauty and Ugliness- you will be appalled by the young white male with a ring in his nose exhibiting in a homo-narcissistic manner the latest hot fad - the body brand:
" Tribal designs...are among the branded items."
"Jesse Jackson and Michael Jordan have brands, as did Martin Luther King Jr. "
Branding , the article says, is connected with the "Modern Primitive Movement ". An enthusiastic ( and politically correct) college professor, Daniel Wojcik, sees this as a New Age way of "celebrating other cultures ".
The good professor sees this as a definite " culture change "- not a passing fad.
I -an " angry white male " - find it frightening. The searing flesh fills the shop with the stench of HELL, the stench of the DAMNED .
Truly Africa is still the " Heart of Darkness " !
A young white male with a ring in his nose -and BRANDED LIKE A SLAVE - is making a political statement: To hell with Western Civilization !
I expect this kid to call me a " mother f****r ".
