Fascist minded Bristol County Sheriff Thomas Hodgson is notorious for wanting prisoners to pay rent ! And also for letting them be exploited by private business interests. He is the face of the new American Gulag. Naturally the corporate rich are big fans of Sheriff Hodgson's vision of " Law & Order in this land of the free.
Their LAW & ORDER serves the ONE PERCENT and nobody else- certainly not working class Americans of ALL races and ethnic groups.
