The Christian Zionists are reactionary fools- tools of Zionist Israel. Democratic socialists define Zionism as a reactionary form of Jewish nationalism ( not unlike German nationalism in the 1930s ) that contradicts the principles of socialist internationalism.
We do not believe that History creates " special " , " chosen " people or special , chosen nations ( not Israel, not the United States ).
Neither the United States nor Israel has any mission to establish world hegemony.
The United Nations was right to condemn Zionism as a form of racism decades ago. In the conscience of the world Apartheid Israel is now a pariah nation - not one with which we should have " a special relationship " .
And from a religious point of view state worship is a form of IDOLATRY - a violation of the God of monotheism's Ten Commandments. Orthodox Jews are more aware of this .
