Avenge Hillary ! Start World War III now !

The writer Mark A. Helman's defense of the FREE SPEECH tradition is commendable. But a generic political " Left " - in the past associated with economic justice, with anti-war marches , with a favorable attitude to some form of SOCIALISM is no longer represented by the neo-liberal Democrats .

They have quickly evolved into a neo-con, war mongering party . They think a foolish " identity politics " can somehow make up for strong support among American working class voters.

The mainstream news media in the United States is the VOICE of these pro-war, pro-capitalist , " liberal " Democrats . The mainstream news media IS the number one enemy of FREE SPEECH in the United States. It acts in collusion with the shadow government of the American plutocracy, the CIA , the FBI . the Pentagon.

Not one " liberal " newspaper editor, for example, has exposed the phoniness of the " Russia collusion investigation ". It is right out of a Franz Kafka tale. Our plutocracy is so morally superior to Putin's oligarchy ? THEY are a greater threat to democracy in America than the plutocracy's control over both the Democratic Party and the Republican Party ?

American youth are eager to join the military and sacrifice their lives for THIS farce of " democracy " ? If you think the Vietnam War was unpopular here , just wait for nuclear World War III to start ( " Avenge Hillary ! ) .

What if there is some truth to this : The Russian deprived us of " Corrupt Hillary ", " Hawk Hillary ", " Wall St. Hillary"  ?

Letter: Mark A. Helman: Left wants to intimidate and shut down opposition

The push to “Boycott Fox News,” and not just Laura Ingraham (“Boycott Fox News, not just Ingraham,” by Froma Harrop, Commentary, April 4), holds to the view that it is good to go after the livelihood of those who disagree with us, so long as we characterize those views as “beyond the bounds of civic decency.” Here in Rhode Island, the birthplace of the First Amendment, the answer to speech we disagree with is more speech, not shutting it down.
